Three men seated at a bench by Raphael Soyer, c. 1940.

In 1938, Soyer produced a black and white lithograph depicting the same three men seated on a park bench. However, in this composition, he incorporated additional figures behind them, along with the surrounding foliage and a statue from Washington Square, New York. While the setting remains ambiguous, Soyer introduced color to this edition.

Dimensions: 22.5 x 17.5 inches.

Medium: Color lithograph on paper.

Condition: Good overall condition commensurate with age. Large crease in the upper right corner.
